I’m Heena Pahuja, with extensive training in addressing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship problems, work-related issues, and more. I hold a graduation degree in psychology and a postgraduate degree in MSC Clinical Psychology, along with a post-graduate diploma in Counselling & Family Therapy from IGNOU.

My training includes internships at Moolchand Hospital, NIEPID, Mindscape Centre for Counselling & Wellbeing, Mind Mappers, and The Wings Learning Centre. I’m also a recognized metaphor therapist and have participated in various workshops and volunteer activities focusing on mental health and personal development.
